Aer Arran axe Inverness flights
25.07.08
Inverness Airport bosses have said they were ‘disappointed but not surprised’ that a budget airline decided to suspend its flights between the Scottish hub and Dublin, the BBC reports.
Aer Arann started the three day a week service in 2006 and blamed fuel costs and the economic downturn for the cut. Flights will stop at the end of September, but the firm said it would review the situation after the winter.
