Heathrow Express receives high passenger ratings

The latest National Passenger Survey results have Heathrow Express in overall second place (behind Grand Central) for customer satisfaction. The survey involves 50,000 passengers questioned to build a nationwide picture of train performance and customer satisfaction.
Heathrow Express secured an overall 93% customer satisfaction score, with high passenger ratings in key areas. For punctuality it scored 94%, 14% above the London & South East average score. Staff handling requests saw a 96% satisfied or good rating and a 25% above the average score.
Managing Director, Keith Greenfield said ‘We are delighted with our customer's feedback on our performance.’
