Air Canada to relaunch St Johns – Heathrow flights

Air Canada has confirmed that it will launch a daily non-stop seasonal service between St. John's and Heathrow. The flights will run between May 27 and September 26, 2010. Air Canada says they hope the support for the route will enable them to o extend it to a year-round service.

St John's Airport Authority President Keith Collins said the community has strongly expressed their need and their desire for Air Canada to reestablish 'this important link to Europe', especially with the anticipated increase in travel to Europe because of the Hebron project.
