BA viral ad feature Pam Ann

British Airways has created a humorous viral advertisement featuring comedienne Pam Ann, whose popular comedy act is based around a 70s 'trolley dolly.' The two minute ad has been devised by agency.com and shows Pam Ann making blunders during her first day as part of a BA cabin crew.
BA personnel appear as themselves in the ad, which shows the hapless Pam Ann accidentally inflating lifejackets, letting go of the drinks trolley and other acts of tomfoolery. By the end of her stint Pam Ann is told she is not professional enough to join the BA cabin crew.
The concept for the ad came from digital marketing manager Chris Davies. He said: 'Pam Ann was the ideal foil to demonstrate the quality o our people, whilst providing a comedy viewing experience that we hope will increase the popularity of this clip.'
The ad can be found on YouTube.
