BAA retail operations boss switches roles

Heathrow Airport Retail Concessions Director Brian Woodhead is to change positions at parent company BAA and become Terminal Operations Director at Heathrow Terminal.
Mr Woodhead said: ‘This is a great opportunity for me personally but I will, at the same time, miss the retail world at Heathrow. We have had an extremely positive performance within retail at Heathrow over the last 2 - 3 years and the early signs are very positive for 2011.’
A successor to the BAA retail role is expected to be chosen in the near future.
