Heathrow Express strike threat

Drivers on the Heathrow Express trains are to be balloted on strike action in a row over the treatment of a colleague, it has been announced. The Rail Maritime and Transport (RMT) union say that Omono Edokpayi was unfairly dismissed following an incident.
RMT leader Bob Crow said: ‘Heathrow Express is riding roughshod over the disciplinary procedures. We cannot allow them to treat members in this way without following the correct procedures.'
