Express breaks airport security

Just over a week after the alleged attempt to blow up a plane over Detroit The Sunday Express main story today is an account of how its representative boarded a plane bound for Heathrow carrying a syringe containing fluid.
The newspaper says he passed through security at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam completely unchecked. This is the same airport where the alleged bomber boarded his plane to Detroit. The Sunday Times, in its leader column today, says that the West seems ‘curiously complacent’ over the terror threat.
