Glasgow flight problem after flight onboard

A plane packed with holidaymakers had to return to Glasgow Airport shortly after take-off - following an air rage attack, the Daily Record reports. The Excel Airways flight was taking 188 tourists to Dalaman in Turkey when a 38-year-old male passenger is said to have assaulted another man.
A police spokeswoman told the newspaper: ‘A 38-year-old man was arrested and detained in police custody following an alleged disturbance on board a flight to Turkey.’ The man is expected to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court today. All other passengers were put up in an airport hotel overnight and were due to fly out last night.
