bmibaby launch Glasgow - Knock flights

bmibaby launched the first route from the west of Ireland to Scotland this week. The budget airline launched a route from Ireland West Knock to Glasgow Airport. It is Bmibaby’s third route out of Knock Airport.
The flights will operate three times a week - on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday - with fares starting from just £18.99 one way including taxes and charges. Gordon Dewar, managing director, Glasgow Airport, said: 'We are delighted to see bmibaby expand into Ireland with a new service to Knock, their fourth from Glasgow. Ireland is a key market for Scotland, and this new route to the bustling west of Ireland is excellent news for business and leisure travellers.'
bmibaby operates over 86 weekly flights to and from Glasgow Airport, with routes Birmingham, Cardiff and East Midlands airports. The addition of the new Glasgow to Ireland West Knock service will take the total number of weekly flights operated to and from the airport to 92.
