Police are trying to find an airline passenger who broke through emergency doors at Glasgow Airport and escaped by climbing a 12-foot razor wire fence. The passenger arrived on an international flight on Monday night, but details of the incident were only released yesterday.
Strathclyde Police have said that they were helping the Border and Immigration Agency and BAA to tracing the person. A spokesman added that the incident did not pose any threat to passengers or anyone else using the airport and that officers would be working with the airport in reviewing security at the terminal building.
