New Glasgow – Venice flights

Direct weekly flights from Glasgow Airport to Venice will begin next year. Travel agent Barrhead Travel wiill offer the service to passengers, who can buy flights only or buy the flights as part of a Mediterranean cruise.
Barrhead Travel said it recognised a gap in the Scottish market for direct flights to Venice. The new route, which will run from May until the end of September, will be operated by BMI.
