Air Malta add Gatwick flights

Following the announcement by BA that it will axe its Gatwick - Malta route this winter, Air Malta has announced a capacity increase from November 1. The airline will add 2 flights per week during the months of November and March, with additional flights over the Christmas period.
Instead of a daily service to Gatwick, Air Malta will operate 9 weekly flights from November 1. In addition the airline will add 1 weekly flight for the Christmas travelling period, and larger aircraft will be deployed on all of the services in the remaining winter months.
