BA to switch Luxemburg flights from Gatwick to Heathrow

British Airways is to move its twice-daily flights to Luxembourg from Gatwick to Heathrow for the summer 2011 schedule, starting on March 27 next year. A spokesman said the switch will ‘make connecting to and from our long-haul network easier and more convenient’.
The airline currently flies twice daily on weekdays with a single Sunday service between Gatwick and Luxembourg. Air France Cityjet and Luxembourg’s flag carrier Luxair both serve the country's capital from London City.
