Man fractures spine at Gatwick

A man suffered a fractured spine and leg after he plunged 40ft from Gatwick South Terminal last week.
Emergency crews rushed to the upper forecourt just before 17:00 on Friday to find the man, believed to be in his 30s, on the floor. The man was taken by road to East Surrey Hospital, Redhill where he is believed to be treated for life threatening injuries.
