21.07.10
Monarch Airlines has added extra flights to its top holiday destinations Egypt and Gibraltar as well as new flights to the Balearic island of Majorca because of high demand. Flights have been added from Gatwick to Sharm el-Sheikh every Thursday between September 9 and October 28.
The expanded schedule to Gibraltar sees an extra flight from Manchester every Sunday between September 12 and October 31. These additional services means that Monarch now fly six times a week to the Red Sea and 11 times a week to the British overseas territory on the Iberian peninsula.
Earlier this week, the airline also launched new three times weekly flights from Gatwick to Majorca, bringing the total number of Monarch services to the island to 23 per week.
