Virgin launch flight tracker app upgrade

Virgin Atlantic released an upgraded version of its Flight Tracker mobile application yesterday, allowing users to monitor the exact location of aircraft on a map. They are promoting it with an interesting / slightly weird stalker spoof ad (you can see it on Youtube).
Users of the app can check in and select a seat ahead of travelling, as well as view timetables and status of any Virgin flight currently in the air or on the ground. Content also includes destination videos (taken from Virgin’s VTravelled social network) as well as two games featuring Virgin founder and president Richard Branson.
