Flybe to add flights during BA strike
14.03.10
Flybe will increase capacity on some of its routes during a planned strike by cabin crew at British Airways later this month. The regional budget airline said it will be adding seats on flights out of Gatwick, Southampton, Jersey, Aberdeen and Dusseldorf, offering a 'reliable and great value alternative.'
Specific routes that will have higher capacity include the airline's links from Gatwick to Aberdeen, Jersey and Dusseldorf. There will also be more seats available on services from Southampton to a number of destinations, to help BA passengers who would otherwise have travelled from Heathrow or Gatwick.
