Iceland Express announce Birmingham and Gatwick flights

Iceland Express is to fly to Birmingham and Gatwick from next summer. A weekly connection between Birmingham and Keflavik will start next June, together with weekly flights between Gatwick and Iceland’s second city – Akureyri.
The low cost airline re-commenced flights between Stansted and Reykjavik this month with a twice weekly Monday and Friday service. It will also operate flights from Reykjavik’s Keflavik to New York (Newark) four times a week from June 1 next year, offering passengers from the UK a low-cost link to New York.
