CAA launch airport snow response survey
02.02.11
The CAA has launched a two week online survey to find out how the poor weather over the last few months has affected travellers’ flying experiences. The objective of the survey is to discover what passengers think of the performance of airlines and airports during the snow and ice problems this winter.
The CAA says it wants to hear from as many people as possible ‘to build a picture of what worked well and what didn’t’ in order that it can work with the travel industry to make improvements for the next time there are adverse weather conditions.
Passengers who want to take part in the survey should go to http://www.caa.co.uk/snowsurvey.
