Edinburgh Airport office suites for rent

A number of office suites at Edinburgh Airport have been put up for rent, the Scotsman reports. BAA is looking for new tenants for Almond House and Spitfire House, with property firms DTZ and Graham & Sibbald appointed to market the offices.
Peter Fraser, a senior surveyor at DTZ, said: ‘The unique property offering at the airport provides both office and industrial space from 142 square feet up to 3,437sq ft, making it suitable for one-man operations or multi-nationals looking for a presence in this highly accessible location.’
Martin Adil Smith, head of property at Edinburgh Airport, told the newspaper: ‘The appointment of Graham and Sibbald and DTZ captures the national market. We are proud to work with these proven agencies to deliver sustainable growth in Scotland.’
