New hotel near Edinburgh Airport

Travelodge Hotels has agreed a new lease with developers on a site on the Glasgow Road by Edinburgh Airport.
Ratho Ventures are developing the hotel near Edinburgh Airport, which will contain 97 bedrooms and has been let for 25 years at a rental of £401,800 per annum. The hotel is expected to open early next year.
