Woman in court over Edinburgh flight incident

A Glasgow woman appeared in court earlier this week on charges of acting in a manner likely to endanger a plane, after allegedly trying to open a door during a flight. The incident happened on an Air France flight from Paris to Edinburgh Airport.
Ann Gilmour, 47, was charged with recklessly and negligently acting in a manner likely to endanger the plane or passengers. She made no plea or declaration at Edinburgh Sheriff Court. Ms Gilmour was remanded in custody after making no request for bail.
