Three months of delays during Edinburgh Airport revamp

International passengers arriving at Edinburgh Airport will face disruption over the next three months as the immigration hall is expanded. The airport handled nine million passengers last year, of which nearly four million were on international flights.
Work has started on a £2 million reconfiguration and expansion of the hall, which will increase its size by a quarter. The redesign will improve security checks and cut queues, with the introduction of new technology.
