easyJet criticises ‘extremely dangerous’ green lasers

easyJet has warned people who point green lasers at planes that it is ‘an extremely dangerous act’. The airline spoke out following the latest incident as a plane came in to land at Edinburgh Airport.
The easyJet plane was flying from Belfast International when its captain reported a green laser being shone at his plane from the Livingston area on Monday at 22:40. A spokesman said: ‘We are aware of previous incidents. These are extremely dangerous acts.’
