easyJet Edinburgh - Dortmund flights take off

easyJet launched flights between Edinburgh Airport and Dortmund earlier this week. The four times weekly service offers more choice for Scottish passengers wanting to fly to Germany.
Dortmund is a gateway to North Rhine Westphalia region, featuring cities like Dusseldorf and Cologne. Fares on the route start from £24.99 one way (including tax), and forward sales are strong with over 50,000 passengers expected to travel in the first year, the airline predicts.
