Two awards for East Midlands Airport

East Midlands Airport has picked up two travel awards in less than a week. The recent Travel Gazette (TTG) Awards saw the airport named 'Airport of the Year' beating Luton and Birmingham airports. The airport then went on to win the Travel Bulletin Star Awards, scooping the 'Star Regional Airport' award and beating airports including Liverpool, Bristol and Birmingham.
Managing Director of East Midlands Airport, Penny Coates, said, ‘We are delighted to have won two prestigious and highly acclaimed awards in less than a week. We see this as a reflection of our hard work and dedication.'
