East Midlands Airport bus celebrates birthday with ticket offer

The Leicester Skylink bus service to East Midlands Airport is celebrating 12 months in operation with a special half-price family ticket. Throughout October passengers can take advantage of the deal by going to the Skylink website and registering to travel for just £10 for a family of two adults and up to three children. Registration is quick and easy and a voucher will be sent automatically to an email or home address.
The Leicester Skylink operates hourly from St Margaret's bus station during the day and every two hours from Abbey Street during the night, seven days a week. Kelly McHugh, manager the East Midlands Airport Bus Partnership, said: 'We've now experienced a full summer season and this has helped our passenger figures to grow to approximately 1,000 a week. We are now looking forward to celebrating another successful year for Leicester Skylink.'
