bmibaby celebrate 7 years at East Midlands Airport

bmibaby is celebrating seven years of flying from East Midlands Airport this week. The airline also launched a new service to Almeria in Spain from the airport today, and expects to carry more than 28,000 passengers on the route over the summer.
Since March 2002, bmibaby has carried more than 8.7 million passengers to and from East Midlands Airport. It started with only one route - to Malaga - but has expanded to offer connections to a number of European destinations including Paris, Geneva, Faro and Amsterdam.
