Durham Tees Valley Airport to seek shut down of Eir Jet

Durham Tees Valley airport plans a High Court bid to shut down the Shannon based airline Eir Jet. The airport has already lodged a petition to wind up the charter airline, which is headed by former Ryanair accountant Paul Schutz.
The case is due to be heard by the court on March 27th. According to the most recent accounts, Eir Jet had retained losses of nearly €180,000 for the year to September 2004.
