Durham Tees Valley gets extra Turkish route

Durham Tees Valley Airport has received a boost after the announcement of a new Turkish service by an established tour operator. Turkey holiday specialists Holidays 4U is to provide an additional flight to Bodrum every Monday in the peak period from the end of July to the end of September next year.
It is the second time in less than a year that the airline has added extra flights from the airport. In April, it added a second service to Dalaman because of an increased demand for holidays to Turkey. Goldtrail Holidays will also run services to Dalaman and Bodrum next summer, due to the increasing popularity of Turkey as a holiday destination.
