Two people have been taken to hospital after a chemical spillage at Durham Tees Valley Airport. The contamination was contained and then dealt with by the airport's fire service.
Crews from Darlington and Durham Fire Service, including a special incident unit, were called to the airport on Friday morning. Two adults were taken to hospital suffering from a skin irritation, the fire service said.
