New Bristol Airport hotel opens

Monday saw celebrity Richard Wyatt open the 22-room Winford Manor Hotel – probably the most relaxing of the hotels near Bristol Airport. With a tranquil rural location, the Winford Manor Hotel sympathetically combines seventeenth-century character with a modern contemporary style.

Recently refurbished and extended, the Winford Manor is a rural hotel combining an idyllic location (no roaring traffic outside this hotel), with the convenience of a five-minute drive to Bristol Airport. The hotel is also set within six acres of beautifully tended parkland.
All rooms are en-suite, with several being specially adapted for full wheelchair access. All have tea and coffee making facilities, digital TV, broadband access, hair dryers and hair straighteners. Guests also receive a continental breakfast and free 24/7 airport transfers. However, the hotel does not have a restaurant.
