The chief executive of Bristol Airport has been spending time on the ‘shop floor’ to look at ways of tackling security queues, the BBC reports. Paul Kehoe spoke to passengers about their experiences, as part of his efforts to cut waiting times.
The airport has been dogged with delays since stricter security was introduced in the wake of new terror threats almost two years ago. Simple measures, such as taking off jackets before reaching the top of a queue, were said to be a significant help.
