EU clears Bristol Airport ownership change

Australia's Macquarie Group and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTTP) won approval from EU competition regulators yesterday to take joint control of Bristol Airport. The European Commission said in a statement: 'The transaction will not significantly impede effective competition' in Europe.
