Ryanair prepares to launch new Birmingham Airport routes

Ryanair is launching 14 new services from Birmingham Airport over the next few days. It will start flights to Malaga, Alicante, Murcia, Palma, Katowice, Krakow, Frankfurt (Hahn), Fuerteventura, Prague, Szczecin, Derry, Dusseldorf (Weeze), Kaunas and Bologna.
The new routes mean Ryanair will operate a choice of over thirty destinations from Birmingham including flights to Dublin, Barcelona (Girona), Porto, Oslo (Torp), Bratislava, Stockholm (Skavsta) and Biarritz.
Ryanair’s Sales and Marketing Executive Laura McCormack said: ‘We are delighted to introduce these fantastic new routes from Birmingham Airport. There is a great demand for low-cost travel in Birmingham. While other airlines are pulling flights and reducing frequencies, Ryanair is committed to growth.'
