Birmingham Airport staff support diabetes charity

The staff of Birmingham Airport including the directors have raised more than £1700 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). The money was raised after they took part in the annual five mile West Midlands Walk to Cure Diabetes.
The airport was also a bronze sponsor of the event. A spokesman said: ‘As a company this is the fourth year that we have supported this very worthwhile charity. We were delighted to sponsor the JDRF in their research to find a cure for Juvenile Diabetes.'
