Arriva plan Wales – Birmingham Airport train link

A new rail link is to provide passengers in mid Wales with a direct link to Birmingham Airport later this year, the BBC reports.
Arriva Trains Wales' service, which operates every two hours from Aberystwyth, finishes at the city's New Street station at present. But from December the train company will extend the link so it stops at Birmingham International Train Station, which links directly to the airport.
Arriva Trains also announced that a similar service to Birmingham Airport would commence from Chester from December.
