Flybe add hotels partner

German online hotels portal HRS.com (standing for Hotel Reservation Service) has announced its first partnership with a UK airline. It has agreed a deal with regional budget airline Flybe to create mini-site flybehotels.com, which gives travel agents and consumers access to HRS’ 250,000 global properties.
The mini site is promoted on Flybe's homepage, and future plans include developing mobile apps for the partnership. Jon West, HRS.com director UK and Ireland, said: ‘We are extremely pleased to be linking with the UK’s number one domestic airline. The fit between the audiences of both companies is well matched.’
HRS’s current airline partners include Lufthansa, European Airlines and German Wings. To mark the launch of the Flybe mini site, every 10th person to book a hotel stay for May 2010 will receive the £50 cash back incentive.
