Flybe passes customer service test
05.10.07
Flybe has been recignised as one of the top three airline operators flying from the UK in a customer service test conducted by the Telegraph newspaper's Travel section. The report concluded that 'Flybe performed best out of the budget carriers'.
The test posed a simple question to 12 of the country's airline operators - is possible to change names on a flight ticket? Flybe was praised along with airlines Virgin Atlantic and Thomas Cook for their response.
The Telegraph said that Flybe 'responded within four hours to an e-mail and two minutes to the phone inquiry. The rest were either slow or simply failed to respond', adding that 'easyJet, Ryanair and even bmi do not even offer an email service.'
