Development director leaves Birmingham Airport

Birmingham Airport business development director Peter Vella is to leave after 12 years at the hub. He plans to pursue new business opportunities, the airport said in a statement.
Mr Vella, who took up the role in 1997, said: ‘I have thoroughly enjoyed working for the airport over the past 12 years. It is an excellent company with a first class reputation across the industry. I will miss working with a very talented team of colleagues, however, the time has come to move on and pursue new opportunities and challenges.’
