Belfast Airport worst for parking

Belfast City Airport has received the lowest score of any UK airport in a customer survey for its car parking. In a report by the consumer magazine Which? where both Belfast airports received average to lower-than-average scores in a study of 38 UK hubs, but Belfast City was the only one to score just one star out of five for its parking facilities.
The report was compiled by the consumer watchdog after it asked 9,000 flyers to rate UK airports they had used in the last year. Which? said it believed the distance between the long stay car park and the terminal at Belfast City Airport – and the high level of car park charges may have played a role in customers' disapproval of parking facilities.
Belfast City Airport was also among four UK airports to be given one star for its shopping facilities. But the airport was awarded four stars for check-in, airport experience and time and distance, coming in with a 55 percent customer score placing it joint 18th with Birmingham Terminal One, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Leeds Bradford airports. Belfast International Airport came in with 50 percent, putting it in 27th place alongside Glasgow International.
