Flybe to axe Belfast – Paris route
25.06.08
Flybe is axing its Belfast City Airport to Paris route from next month because of rising oil prices, the Irish News reports.
The regional low cost airline only launched the route two months ago. However, record fuel costs have prompted a review of ‘marginal services’. Flybe also recently announced that it would axe its Glasgow – Newquay flights, launched around the same time as the Belfast - Paris route.
