Ferrovial to sell Belfast Airport to ABN

Spain's Ferrovial announced today that it has reached an agreement with ABN Amro Global Infrastructure Fund and Faros Infrastructure Partners to sell Belfast City Airport.
The sale for £132.5m will generate a capital gain of £85.6m Ferrovial said in a filing with Spanish regulators. It hopes to close the deal at the end of the month.
