Teen charged after laser shone at Aberdeen Airport plane

A teenager has been charged after a laser beam was shone at a plane landing at Aberdeen Airport yesterday, the Aberdeen Express reports. The British Airways flight was targeted by the laser beam above the city just moments before it landed at the Airport.
A Grampian Police spokesman told the newspaper: ‘A 13-year-old youth has been charged in connection with this incident.’ It is the second such incident at the airport in less than two months.
