Teleticket add Aberdeen Airport flights

High demand has led to travel operator Teleticket introducing extra flights from Aberdeen Airport. It has added a seven-night break to Palma and one to Faro to its October schedule, on top of a previously announced extra flight to Tenerife.
Neil Chapman from Teleticket Scotland said: ‘With three years of flying from Aberdeen Airport under our belt and the success of our flights to Tenerife, we wanted to enhance our flight programme. By adding destinations such as Palma and Faro this autumn we are offering traditionally favourite destinations at traditionally favourite holiday times. With prices which compare favourably with departures from other Scottish airports, we are giving Aberdeen locals a real alternative for their holidays.’
Aberdeen Airport Managing Director Kevin Brown said: ‘This is great news for passengers in Aberdeen who are looking for late-season sun. It is a sign of faith from the company that they are bringing in extra services, despite talk of the UK's gloomy economy. It shows that people still want to get away and I am delighted that they can go right from their own doorstep.’
