21.12.05
A three times daily link between Aberdeen Airport and Amsterdam is being introduced by bmi regional. The service starts on March 27 and will be operated by aircraft from the Aberdeen airport based airline's all-Embraer jet fleet.
bmi regional managing director Crawford Rix said: 'Our business and leisure passengers can be assured of convenient flight times, competitive fares in both cabins, generous frequent flyer benefits and of course our renowned in-flight service.'
'With a range of check-in options including our new online check-in available from January 2006, you can be assured of a smooth journey through the airport.'
The new service will bring the total number of domestic and international routes operated by bmi regional to 21. The airline already serves the Dutch city of Groningen five days a week from Aberdeen.
