Stun guns seized at Aberdeen Airport

Two stun guns were seized from a man at Aberdeen Airport earlier this week. Aberdeen Sheriff Court heard yesterday that Spencer Henderson was stopped by UK Border officers when he arrived on a flight from Thailand on Monday.
Mr Henderson, 41, of Beauly Place, Fraserburgh, had arrived from Bangkok, via Amsterdam. A search of his luggage at Aberdeen Airport revealed the two stun guns and he was charged with being knowingly concerned in the illegal importation of firearms. He admitted the offence and has been remanded in custody for reports before sentencing.
