bmi to launch Aberdeen Airport - Amsterdam flights

Aberdeen Airport - based bmi regional is to introduce a three times daily service linking the Granite City with Amsterdam. The flights will start at the begining of the summer season, on 27 March 2006.
The new service will bring the total number of domestic and international routes operated by bmi regional to 21. Amsterdam will also become the second Dutch airport served by bmi from Aberdeen. Groningen is served five days a week.
Operating Embraer regional jets, the new service, will compete with KLM's Boeing 737 flights that have been stepped up to four a day. The aircraft will be configured in a two-class layout. For more information visit www.flybmi.com.
