Loganair adds extra Aberdeen - Kirkwall flight
12.05.07
British Airways' franchise partner Loganair has announced that it will add a second Sunday flight to its service between Aberdeen Airport and Kirkwall, the capital of the Orkney Islands.
Beginning on June 24, the new flight - BA 8834 - will leave Aberdeen at 14:20 and arrive at Kirkwall at 15:10. The return flight will depart at 15:40 and get back to Aberdeen at 16:30.
The flights are available via the website www.ba.com/ads and can be bought from £26 one-way in conjunction with the Air Discount Scheme (ADS). The ADS is operated by British Airways on behalf of the Scottish Executive and was launched in order to provide lower air fares for those living in Scotland's remotest communities.
