Second Cocaine haul at Aberdeen Airport in a week

Customs officers at Aberdeen Airport have made their second big seizure of cocaine in just over a week. A 24-year-old Nigerian man appeared in court in Aberdeen yesterday charged with attempting to smuggle four kilos of the drug, worth an estimated £160,000.
The seizure was made on Sunday - just nine days after a very similar amount of cocaine - again valued at £160,000 - was discovered at the airport. In that incident another Nigerian man, aged 35, was charged with the illegal importation of drugs.
